Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15/04/2025

At Everprep, we’re committed to making things as simple and stress-free as possible — especially when it comes to returns. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

This policy is made in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. Change of Mind

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out.

If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The packaging is unopened and undamaged

  • You include your order number or proof of purchase

Once we receive the item back and check everything’s in order, we’ll issue a store credit (excluding any original shipping fees).

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind refunds are your responsibility.

  • Changes of mind will not be allowed for digital products.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered — we’re really sorry!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (if applicable)

  • Your order number

We’ll sort things quickly — either by:

  • Replacing the item

  • Offering a full refund

  • Providing store credit

And we’ll cover return shipping costs in this case.

3. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital items (like eBooks, printables, or guides), we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed, unless the item is faulty or unavailable.

If you have trouble accessing a file or believe there’s a mistake, please let us know — we’ll always do our best to help.

4. How to Start a Return

We’ll guide you through the next steps and make it as easy as possible.

5. Timeframes
  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item

  • Exchanges may take a little longer depending on stock availability

  • We’ll always keep you updated along the way

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product you receive is not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
